Class Passes are non-consecutive and you have until the expiry date indicated on your Groupon to use all of your 30 classes.

Yes. We invite you to try out all of locations as each location has a different instructor who runs their own unique style of class. Each workout is different, but is always results driven and is FUN! This is a perfect opportunity for you to experience them all!

4) Is the pass valid for all the classes?

The pass is valid for all classes indicated on the MetaBody website and available on the online scheduling system. This means that you can attend Yoga, Spinning, Boxing, Kickboxing, if those classes are listed.

5) I have never exercised before, are these classes right for me?

Many of the classes offered at the participating studios are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. However, you must contact your physician before starting any new exercise program.

6) Do I just show up to class?

ABSOLUTELY NO WALK-INS ARE ALLOWED. You must pre-register using the online Scheduler. For class enrolment instructions, click here.

7) I have a question, who do I contact?

DO NOT contact the partcipating studios or the indoor facilities with questions concerning your class passes. This includes questions pertaining to: registration, schedules, times, location, directions etc... If you have questions, you MUST contact MetaBody directly or use the Live Chat Feature. All questions must be sent to support@metabody.ca or you can use the Live Chat feature found on our website. 8) What do I need to know before I redeem my Groupon Voucher?

Here are a few things that you should know before you book your classes.

1. Walk-ins are NOT accepted at any of the participating locations. There is absolutely NO exception to this rule as all participants must book their classes online before attending. Attendance is taken at the start of each class. If you are not on the list when attendance is taken, you will not be allowed to participate.

2. Please check our Web site for a complete list of locations and schedule --> Click Here.

3. If you have questions concerning your pass, we kindly ask that you not contact our partner fitness studios and gyms. We have customer service agents online during regular business hours that can help you with any questions that you may have. Please use the Live Chat feature found on our web site or send an email to support@metabody.ca.

4. You cannot book classes for your friends. Each individual must book their classes independently.

5. You can book multiple locations and multiple times as you are not restricted to just one location.

6. You must have a valid Groupon Redemption Code to book classes. The Groupon Redemption Code is found in the center of your Groupon Voucher. If you do not have a valid redemption code, you will be billed the full retail value of the MetaBody Yoga & Fitness Pass.

7. If you are in Canada, you must have a valid Credit Card to book classes as you are required to pay the taxes owing on your Voucher purchase. You are paying the taxes owing on the value of the Groupon, not the full retail value of the MetaBody Yoga & Fitness Pass. The taxes are a one-time payment.

8. The class passes cannot be shared as it is one pass per person.

9. After you book a class, you will receive a Class Reserved email confirmation. You MUST print this out and bring it with you for each class. If you do not bring your Class Reserved email confirmation to each class, you will not be allowed to participate.

10. We have a strict cancellation policy in effect. Please book only those classes that you are committed to attending. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a class. If you fail to attend a class that you have not cancelled 24 hours in advance on two separate occasions you will be billed $20 and/or have your MetaBody Yoga & Fitness Pass revoked.

9) How do I redeem my Groupon Voucher?

1. Visit the MetaBody website and click the Sign up button located in the top right corner.

2. In the Sign up web page, enter your email address, groupon redemption code and click Sign Up.

3. Check your email and click the Activate Your Account link. If the email is not in your inbox, check your Junk Mail folder and add us to your safe senders list.

4. On the Create My Account web page, enter all the required information. Read the Terms and Conditions, select I agree and click Create My Account.

5. View your schedule. Click Book Now! next to the classes that you would like to reserve.

6. Please check your email for the "You booked a class visit" confirmation email. If the email is not in your inbox, check your Junk Mail folder and add us to your safe senders list. You MUST print the Class Reserved confirmation email and bring it with you to each class that you attend. 10) Why am I being charged extra when registering?

A: In Canada, we require that you pay taxes on your Groupon Voucher purchase. This is a one-time payment. You are paying taxes on the $20 purchase ONLY.

11) How do I book additional classes?

1. Visit the MetaBody website and click the Sign in button located in the top right corner.

13) How do I cancel a class?

Classes can only be cancelled using the Wellness Living Scheduler and must be done 24 hours in advance . To cancel a class, do the following:

1. Go to metabodyfitness.com and click Sign in, located in top right corner of the page. Enter your username and password.

2. Select the My Profile tab, and then select My Schedule. Click Cancel next to the class you would like to remove.

Classes can only be rescheduled 24 hours in advance. You must first cancel the class and then book another one. To reschedule a class, do the following:

15) I didn't receive the Class Reserved Email?

The Class Reserved Email is sent to you via email automatically after you register for classes. Sometimes the email gets sent to your Junk Mail folder, so please check there first. If you still have not received it, please contact MetaBody Customer Support.
